We are looking for a skilled candidate for this role. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and a successful history of acquiring new clients and selling IT services, specifically in Custom Software Application Development, Mobile/Web/Desktop/Xbox development, UI/UX, Cloud, Machine Learning, AI, Data Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
Key areas: attracting new customers, building processes, result-oriented, development of sales department.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a sales manager in IT outsource and outstaff
- Advanced in written and spoken English (B2/C1 level)
- Expertise in full-cycle sales processes (from lead generation to closing deals)
- Demonstrated achievements in sales, including a proven track record of closing deals
- Experience in overseeing and boosting key sales performance metrics
- Experience with personalized outbound
- Experience with CRM software and automation tools
- Ability to create sales strategies and manage sales funnels
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with your team, clients, and business partners
- Ability to identify clients’ pain points and come up with effective solutions to meet client requirements
- Technical skills to create proposals & keynotes
- Understanding of web development, web applications, and web design
- Understanding of cross-platform mobile applications development
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to adapt and flexibility
- Personal motivation, result orientation, and responsibility
- Network of potential clients from Europe, USA, Canada, Australia
Responsibilities:
- Conducting online meetings with potential and existing clients
- Identifying problems and needs of potential clients, acting as the primary contact with incoming leads, and working together with lead generation managers
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to influence processes, using technical skills to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements
- Participating in the selection of solutions from developers, and staying up-to-date with the latest development principles and technologies
- Searching for and qualifying potential clients, reviving partnerships with former clients
- Writing proposals to potential clients on various platforms and presenting our company's services
- Following up and negotiating with leads to close deals and achieve sales goals
- Meeting goals and setting priorities with proficient organizational and time management skills
- Managing the team consisting of lead generation managers & marketing specialists
- Setting KPIs and facilitating internal meetings of the Sales & Marketing team
- Upselling & increasing rates with existing customers
