Areas ofResponsibility Cooperating with multiple stakeholders inalignment with the target picture toenable sustainable solutions Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development Being responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement Supporting testers and developers inthe team and hub Qualifications Atleast 3years ofexperience asanITAnalyst Knowledge ofthe banking sector and payments domain Astrong foundation intechnical concepts allowing tounderstand technical documentation and act asanintermediary between technical and business teams Profound understanding ofthe payments and card industry, underpinned bystrong business acumen Demonstrated experience inUser Interface (UI) design and prototyping isessential Proven expertise inProcess Modeling Comprehensive knowledge ofData Mapping and Migration iscritical, asthese skills are central tothe project’s success Familiarity with the agile way ofworking and its methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban) Experience ofusing Jira and Confluence Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and familiarity with international collaboration with different stakeholder groups Will beanadvantage Transaction flow experience inthe card domain Practical experience with SQL
