Our client is from Great Britain. The company owns a global marketplace for the fashion industry that allows users to sell custom or rare clothing and accessories. It provides an opportunity to recycle unnecessary things for money. 

The customer is quite successful. With over 15 million active users, the project has attracted over $100 million in investment.

PROJECT

The project is a social commerce platform - a mix of retail and social network. Users have profile pages where they can post photos and descriptions of what they're selling, as well as prices. In general, the platform specializes in clothing retail. Posts may contain hashtags and additional information to make product search more convenient.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5+ years of experience with Swift or Objective -C with real experience of working on different platforms and OS versions
• Experience of working within the framework of a mobile continuous integration system
• Experience of using SwiftUI
• Significant experience of working with modular ( XCTest) and integration testing
• Experience of using RESTful API
• Experience of working with A/B testing and solving complex problems
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper- Intermediate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in an iOS project in Swift with other senior iOS engineers using our continuous integration framework for mobile devices with built-in unit testing and integration to work on iOS applications that serve millions of users
• Design and develop iOS applications that make it easier to write, test and execute code
• Ensure high performance and speed of applications
• Implement effective monitoring and surveillance practices to maintain application performance
• Contribute to maintaining quality, organization and automation of the code base
• Control infrastructure and CI/CD operations for seamless development and deployment
• Work closely with other teams, QA and product managers to ensure efficient and effective implementation of new features
• Perform code optimization and refactoring using the latest capabilities iOS framework
• Report any engineering issues that arise when supporting a wide range of devicesїв

• Experience working within a Mobile Continuous Integration
• framework Experience using SwiftUI
• Strong Experience with Unit (XCTest) and Integration Testing
• Experience in consuming a RESTful API
• Experience with the VIPER architecture
• Experience with A/B testing and solving complex experiments
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Сontribute to the iOS project in Swift alongside other Senior iOS engineers, leveraging our Mobile Continuous Integration pipeline, with Unit and Integration testing built in, to iterate on iOS applications to serve millions of users
• Design and develop iOS application that facilitate code writing, testing, and execution
• Ensure applications exhibit high performance and responsiveness
• Implement effective monitoring and observability practices to maintain application health
• Contribute to maintaining code base quality, organization, and automation
• Oversee infrastructure and CI/CD operations for smooth development and deployment processes
• Work closely with other teams, QA, and product management to ensure that new features are implemented efficiently and effectively
• Optimize and refactor code by leveraging the latest features of the iOS framework
• Communicate any engineering challenges faced when supporting a wide range of devices
