Functional responsibilities: Management of personnel records in accordance with the norms of labor legislation and internal corporate standards of the company. Preparation of personnel documentation (admission, transfer, dismissal, mobilization, decrees, all types vacations, etc.).Keeping records of the company’s employees. instructions, regulations of departments. Advises employees on personnel matters. Formation of personnel reporting to state bodies. Requirements for the candidate: Experience of working as a personnel inspector for 2 years or more. Registration of personnel procedures in 1C ZUP. Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine. Working conditions: Work schedule Mon- Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A flexible schedule is possible, starting from 8:00—10:00 a.m. to 5:00—7:00 p.m. Official employment.
