In-depth understanding of the normative base of the labor legislation of Ukraine, normative acts on keeping personnel records and record keeping, requirements for the formation of personnel documents in general. Organization of labor relations under martial law. Confident command of PC and MS Office (Word, Excel), 1C program and other corporate systems. The ability to effectively work with a large amount of information and in multitasking mode. Experience of passing inspections (State Labor, Social Insurance Fund, Pension Fund, Tax Inspectorate) Experience of working with Diia City, a legal model that works for Ukrainian IT companies, in the format of official employment (Diia Employment) will be a significant advantage. Knowledge of English at B1 level and above will be an advantage. Management experience, because the position in the future requires the presence of a team.
