We are looking for a strong and motivated Senior HR-Business Partner of our IT Department in the company Rozetka !

ROZETKA is the largest online retailer and one of the most technological e-commerce projects in Ukraine. Our mission is to be a universal assistant for choosing any product on the Internet.

Key tasks:

• Development and implementation of: the company's personnel policy; mentoring systems; personnel certification systems; training programs;
• Development and implementation of: personnel motivation systems; job instructions, regulatory documentation;
• Determining the need for personnel;
• Management of HR business processes: selection, adaptation, development, training, motivation of personnel;
• Visualization of activity results, key HR metrics;
• Management of the organizational structure, number and efficiency of personnel;
• Working with HR budgets;
• Analysis of the labor market by relevant positions;
• Development of the company's corporate culture;
• Team work organization (2 hrbp + recruiters) and interaction between business and IT team.

What you need for this:

• Experience of 2 years or more in the role of Senior HR business — a partner;
• Work experience in IT companies (mandatory);
• Practical experience of creating and implementing HR projects;
• Experience in inter-organizational and cross-functional teamwork (will be an advantage);
• Ability to work in Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets.
