As a Senior HR Specialist , you will be pivotal in shaping our company culture and supporting our teams as an HR partner. Embedded within our dynamic IT product environment, you will work closely with TLs to empower them to manage their teams effectively. Your focus will be on nurturing leadership skills, integrating new HRIS and LMS to enhance efficiency, and ensuring our policies and processes adapt to the needs of our rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of talent management processes, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Act as a dedicated HR partner to team leaders, offering guidance and support in managing their teams effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate HR advice to managers and specialists on various HR issues, helping to resolve people-related challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date records of specialist profiles, leaves, compensation, and other relevant data.
- Support the development and implementation of leadership programs to enhance our line managers’ skills.
- Assist in implementing and optimizing HRIS and LMS to streamline HR processes and improve the specialist experience.
- Participate in the creation, refinement, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with our company’s evolving needs.
- Coordinate the drafting and distribution of meeting announcements, agendas, and follow-up communications.
- Oversee specialist benefits programs, ensuring specialists are well-informed about their total compensation package.
- Support payroll processes by providing relevant specialist information, including leave records.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to foster continuous learning and development across the organization.
- Support the documentation of assets, ensuring all relevant materials, including contract signing, are organized and accessible.
- Regularly create and share content in the HR Slack channel to facilitate clear and consistent communication across the organization.
- Conduct HR analytics, including employee satisfaction surveys and other key metrics, to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Organize and manage company events, workshops, and training sessions to foster a strong, engaged, and continuously learning organization.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team during the final stages of the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HRM, People Partner, or HR Specialist, preferably in a tech startup or IT product company.
- Proven experience in providing HR support to teams with 150+ specialists, focusing on team management and leadership development.
- Experience in implementing HRIS and LMS, with a strong understanding of how these systems can enhance HR operations.
- Competence in developing and applying HR policies and processes.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop line management.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
