XFamily is a rapidly growing fintech and blockchain tech company that serves individuals all around the world and offers convenient and functional solutions to draw revenue streams for businesses. Now we are looking for a Senior HR Specialist (remotely).

Requirements:

— At least 5 years of experience working in HR (IT field is preferable)

— Experience in change management and resolving complicated cases

— Excellent soft skills and ability to find a common language with people, ability to establish effective relationships, problem-solving skills;

— Proactive attitude and result orientation, аbility for multitasking;

— Experience in coaching, and creating individual development plans for top managers and employees;

— Experience in using various HR tools;

— Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities:

— Consult business leaders on creating an efficient people management environment;

— Coach the Leadership team ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams;

— Organize various feedback sessions;

— Provide a part of the HR activities daily (preboarding, onboarding, exit process, supporting newcomers during the whole adaptation period, etc.);

— Active work on employee satisfaction and engagement (eNPS).

— Organize and facilitate the Performance reviews, developing new points to improve the process;

— Control employees’ days off, vacations, and sick leaves;

— Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;

— Participation in the development, monitoring improvements, and updates to HR processes, HR policies, and documentation development;
