Your main responsibilities: Initiating the introduction of projects and finding growth points at the company level; Project implementation from start to implementation, with full support and measurable results; Adaptation of new employees of the company, in accordance with the approved process; Conducted 1:1 meetings, management of information on possible prospects and risks; Creation, updating, and updating of maps of employee positions for each position of the company; Conducting ENPS surveys on a regular basis; Work with processes: process modeling according to BPMN, process description, documentation development; Development of an effective search/selection strategy and formulation of interview questions that assess relevant skills; Conducting structured competency interviews using various candidate assessment methods, including project questions, situational, case- methods and issues of metaprogramming.
