The main project isDiia Employment.What you will doFull HRsupport, including onboarding, leaves, transfers, terminations, sick leaves, business trips, and other aspects, inaccordance with legislation and internal company rules.Providing consultations tomanagers and employees onpersonnel matters.Development and updating ofpersonnel document flow processes, automation ofprocesses using internal systems.Adaptation ofexisting company policies tolabor legislation.Working with 1C, Excel, Word, and other corporate systems.Monitoring changes inlabor legislation and adapting company processes tocomply with them, taking into account current business needs.Preparation ofreports onHR-related matters for internal and external use.Ifyou are ready totake onthe challenge and develop inthe field ofpersonnel management inamodern and innovative company, welook forward toreceiving your application!What you need for thisBachelor’s degree inHuman Resource Management orarelated field.Minimum of3years ofexperience incompanies with astaff ofatleast 200employees.
