We are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who knows how to respond to business needs and understands the value of HR processes. You will become a partner for our teams and work to improve employee engagement, motivation and career development within the company, influencing team performance and achieving business goals.

What is important for this role:

  • HR IT experience of 3 years in the role of People Partner/ HR Generalist/ HR Manager/ HRG;
  • Experience with the full life cycle of an employee (Onboarding, Development, Retention, Termination);
  • Responsibility and involvement;
  • Critical and analytical thinking, systematicity, high level of emotional intelligence, balance of independent and team work, prioritization of tasks;
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems and find effective ways to solve them;
  • Ability to build partnerships with employees.

  • Experience with Jira, Slack, Confluence, People Force;
  • Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level;

Future tasks:

  • Management of employee lifecycle: Onboarding, Probation/Performance Review, internal transfer, Termination;
  • Writing, implementation and analysis of HR policies/procedures of the company (improvement of new policies according to business request);
  • Administration of hr processes in the hr system (People Force);
  • Participation in regular practices related to hr (1:1, surveys, feedback, etc.);
  • Active involvement in HR initiatives (for example, building a new HR brand of the company, eNPS, Survey, L&D programs, corporate events/business trips);
  • Interaction with employees to understand their needs, questions and wishes, as well as to provide appropriate support within the scope of the position;
  • Cross-functional cooperation with other departments.
