Key Responsibilities:Organize and manage the work ofthe research team: control the quality and coverage ofthe prospecting process, quality ofprospect lists, and validation ofthe lists;Set upand execute campaigns toengage leads aswell asaccounts tosurface leads for sales outreach and provide air cover for sales engagement;Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and agilely iterate lead generation hypotheses;Maintain well-organized, up-to-date information and activity reports;Analyze campaign outcomes, drawing insights and presenting results clearly for informed decision-making;Collaborate with the sales team toensure the effectiveness oflead generation and alignment ofdepartment strategy.Requirements:Experience asaTeam Lead orHead ofLead Generation Management;Experience working inanIT service company;3+years ofwork experience insales prospecting, lead research and generation, orasimilar field;Expertise incold outreach methods, including but not limited toemail and LinkedIn;Experience with Upwork;B2+level ofwritten English;Analytical mindset and proactive approach indriving lead generation initiatives;Strong time and task management skills, and experience inteam management.Weoffer:Transparent financial motivation 1000-2000$;Comfortable workplace atour office inthe center ofKyiv (remote work ispossible);18working days ofpaid leave annually;15working days ofpaid sick days.Ifyou have the skills, passion, and determination we’re looking for, apply now tobecome part ofour exciting journey ⭐️
