We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with experience in the Demand Generation or a related field to lead our marketing department with the opportunity to gain a CMO position in the near future.

What you need for this role:

— Proven experience in B2B Demand Generation or a related field.

— Proficiency in Content-Based Marketing and Account-Based Marketing.

— Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media.

— Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook and LinkedIn advertising, lifecycle email marketing and A/B testing, etc.

— Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

— Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

— Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.

— Experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Acoustic, SendPulse, or HubSpot.

— At least Upper-Intermediate English level.

What you will do:

— Be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company.

— Lead marketing direction and work closely with the sales team to align efforts and drive revenue.

— You will have the opportunity to experiment, try different approaches and test different hypotheses.

— Launch the campaigns and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

— Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.

— Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
