You will work closely with subject-matter experts across the organization toidentify high-value topics, develop expertise, build, and maintain acontent/SEO roadmap, and build out our content and thought leadership program, establishing Simulmedia asavaluable resource for theTV and connected TVuniverse. This position islocated inLviv, Ukraine. The core team islocated inLviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings inthe office. Responsibilities:Formulate, possess, and sustain the content roadmap, content calendar, and execution plans.Embrace ajournalistic mindset tostay abreast ofemerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within theTV and CTVsector. Stay updated onthe latest algorithm changes and content marketing/SEO best practices for acompetitive edge.Demonstrate clear, concise, and compelling copywriting across diverse content types, such asblogs, emails, eBooks/white papers, video scripts, infographics, and social posts, contributing toheightened awareness and lead generation.Create persona-driven content that mirrors buyers’ challenges, interests, and objectives, optimizing the B2B purchasing journey.Collaborate with subject-matter experts from marketing, product marketing, sales, client success, external influencers, and industry experts togenerate pertinent content for key stakeholders and the audience.Edit and provide feedback oncontent from other creators asneeded.Innovate and implement new content formats, styles, and methods, incorporating testing.Supervise SEO technical aspects, including site architecture, crawlability, and mobile optimization. Conduct regular site audits toidentify and address issues affecting search performance.Enhance on-page content, meta tags, and other elements toboost search rankings.Develop and execute acomprehensive link-building strategy, identifying partnership opportunities for high-quality backlinks.Manage social profiles onFacebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, aiming togrow follower count, increase engagement, and drive leads through social channels.Employ analytics tools tomonitor, analyze, and report onessential content marketing and SEO metrics, extracting insights for continuous improvement. Provide regular updates tothe leadership team onthe performance ofcontent and SEO initiatives. Qualifications:Hold aBA/BS degree orpossess equivalent working experience.Exhibit apassion for and aprofound understanding oftheTV and advertising industry, aligning with our business mission.Accumulate 5-7+ years ofmarketing experience incontent production for websites, thought leadership, press releases, orlead generation.Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, adapting style, tone, and voice toresonate with various content types.Display ahigh level ofcreativity and process-driven orientation tosupport broader marketing campaign efforts.Possess excellent organizational skills for independent work and project management with multiple components.Utilize knowledge and experience indata, insights, market research, and analytics tocreate thought-provoking content.Show intellectual curiosity, creativity, boldness, tenacity, and apassion for staying informed onindustry trends and technologies.Bonus: Experience managing social programs for aB2B company.Major Plus: Experience working with ChatGPT orotherAI tools for content marketing.Proficient inSEMRush, Microsoft and Google Office; experience with video editing software and Figma isamajor plus.Ability towork 11am— 8pm EESTWeare excited tobebuilding out the various perks and benefits for our Ukraine team.
