Using feedback tomodify designs; applying design principles; demonstrating attention todetail.Producing promotional displays and packaging.Reviewing final layout and suggesting improvements asneeded, and presenting final layout toManagers asrequired.Developing concepts for and designing all company’s collateral materials including Internet Web pages, interactive media, multimedia projects, brand identity, etc.Creating and maintaining the design style guide and user experience guidelines.Creating social media posts and Ads designs for multiple channels.Required QualificationTechnical university certification and/or training inrequired fields.Minimum 7years ofexperience inGraphics/Print Media designing.Minimum 3years ofexperience inteam managementMust bewilling towork inthe Eastern Time-zone (EST .Good verbal and written English.SkillsKnowledge ofprinciples and practices ofgraphic design.Knowledge/use ofAI software [Midjourney] Ability towork asateam and have a“cando” attitude.Ability tomanage, supervise and train ateam ofdesignersAbility tocreate and produce graphic materials using arange ofmedia, methods, techniques, and design software.
