We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to work with the marketing team to create creative promotional materials to promote the Unimeal, MadMuscles and HARNA apps. the vacancy is just for you, if you want to: Understand what is behind each creative you implement (goal, metrics) Not only receive TK, but also offer your ideas that will improve the performance of the creative Participate in various team activities (challenges, challenges, brainstorms) Take over and share experience with a super team (designers, illustrators, creative marketers) Train yourself as a Team Lead and influence creative creation processes What you will achieve in this position: You will create creative variations to advertise our applications on different platforms Generate new ideas, analyze creative design and look for new ones ways to improve them You will influence visual solutions that will increase visibility and ensure growth for our products You will analyze your work and monitor deadlines from 2 years Experience in mentoring or managing a team A portfolio that reflects your level and skills as much as possible Proficiency in programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma Experience with motion design will be a plus Understanding the basics of graphic design and composition Understanding marketing metrics will be a plus Experience using AI tools to create images will be a plus Your manager will be Veronika, which is responsible for the operational processes of the marketing team related to the production of advertising creatives.
