We are considering candidates who are ready for relocation to Poltava or a hybrid work format (50% of working time in Poltava).

Your keys tasks:

• Development of creative concepts and packaging styles for Private Label products.
• Formation of guides and brand book.
• Creation of new packaging formats that will improve the customer experience and distinguish the product on the shelf.
• Development of packaging design for various product categories, taking into account requirements for functionality, convenience and visual appeal.
• Analysis of market trends and competitive solutions to create innovative packaging designs.
• Preparation of layouts for printing and quality control of production of packaging and products with design.

We will be great to work together if you:

• You have a high level of creativity, able to create innovative and effective visual solutions.
• You have a deep understanding of trends in packaging design, typography, color schemes and visual communication.
• You have Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Dimension).
• You know how to create 3D models, product mockups.
• You have in-depth knowledge of color correction, color profiles, Pantone Matching System.
• You have experience working with different packaging formats.
• Creative, proactive and always looking for new ideas and solutions.
• You have a taste and sense of style, which allows you to create aesthetically attractive and functional packaging.
• You are able to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• You like to work on large projects and are not afraid to take responsibility for the result.
• You constantly monitor according to trends in design and packaging, but at the same time not afraid to experiment and go beyond standard solutions. Organized and able to work under urgent deadlines. in Aurora:
