The BRAND UKRAINE team is looking for a Senior graphic designer to implement various projects of the organization

BRAND UKRAINE is an independent organization that has been systematically working on the development of the national brand of Ukraine in the international arena since February 2022. We create powerful communication projects, develop the digital ecosystem of Ukraine Ukraine.ua and research the perception of the country abroad, based on a data-driven approach. Our mission is to turn Ukraine into a favorite brand, lovemark, for the whole world.

Yours responsibilities:

• Production of graphic content for the needs of the organization (sites, social networks, presentations, external activities) - cards, diagrams, screensavers, graphic elements for videos, presentation design, etc.
• Management of a team of graphic designers.
• Communication and coordination of work with agencies, freelancers and other stakeholders.< /li>
• Primary content quality control
• Adherence to content production plans and schedules
• Creation of creatives and participation in the preparation of content plans

• Experience as a graphic designer - at least 3 years
• Professional work experience in the field of media, communications, public organizations, state institutions - at least 1 year.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, experience with MailChimp or similar platforms
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders.

• Experience of working with guidelines and brand books, knowledge of pre-press preparation of materials
• Attention to details, which allows you to notice inconsistencies in typography, color and layouts in general
• Excellent command of the Ukrainian language and in English (not lower than B2 level).
• Understanding the foreign policy of Ukraine and the international context
• Working with non-standard markets (Africa, Asia) will be an advantage
• Experience creating graphic content for targeted campaigns (Meta, Google, Linkedin, Tik-Tok) will be an advantage
