Senior Graphic Designer in VEC-UA

Position Description

VEC-UA is the official Ukrainian branch of the US brand VEC, focused on advancing new technologies in Building Information Modeling (BIM) & Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). We’re looking to hire a Graphic Designer in our Marketing department. Based in Ukraine, our marketing team is responsible for promoting the VEC brand both globally and locally. We’re seeking a talented designer with extensive experience who can understand our brand, bring ideas to life, and explore the market to find innovative visual solutions.

Team

You’ll be working alongside two Content Creators, an SMM Manager, a Content Writer, and a PR & Employer Brand Specialist. Your professional development will be guided by the department lead, who will help you manage your time and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our HR managers will also be dedicated to ensuring your comfort. Sometimes you’ll also have direct communication with our HQ and part of the marketing team in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals. Develop and update brand assets as needed.
• Create high-quality digital and printed marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, email templates, and others.
• Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma and other relevant tools.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company’s design work fresh and current.
• Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and apply insights to design strategies.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Optimize graphics for web use, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness across different devices.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and compelling marketing campaigns.
• For this position, we expect a high level of creativity, strong skills in graphic design and thoroughness and accuracy. It would be also a great advantage if you have experience working with the US market or in the B2B sector
