Role mission: Diversify traffic sources and steadily scale business through the implementation of White Hat strategies in Google Ads.

Your key tasks:

  • Launch and optimization: setting up and daily management of advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Working with the product: testing and adapting in-house and B2B offers to the requirements of the White Hat approach.
  • Interaction with the technical department: providing technical specifications to developers on the creation of landing pages and technical solutions in accordance with the policies of advertising platforms.
  • Working with marketing: setting technical specifications for designers to create creatives that are moderated by Google.
  • Analytics and reporting: ROI monitoring, lead quality analysis and advertising budget control.
  • Team interaction: synchronization with the team leader, sharing expertise with the team and participating in regular performance meetings.
  • R&D and competitive analysis: finding and testing new White Hat approaches, analyzing competitors through spy services, working with new types of campaigns (Performance Max, Demand Gen) and implementing automation.

Work experience:

  • 2+ years of practical experience in Google Ads.
  • Experience in managingjets from $40,000 per month.
  • Experience of launching and scaling Nutra White Hat offers or complex E-commerce niches without cloaking.
  • Experience of interaction with in-house teams (design, development): development of landing pages and creative design according to own TK.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of Google Advertising Policies for the
  • Health & Beauty category.
  • Understanding the principles of Google Analytics 4, Server-Side GTM and setting up conversions via API.
  • Understanding the structure of conversion White Hat landings (trust signals, policy pages, user flow).
  • Experience in using Spy services and competitor analysis techniques to find effective White Hat approaches.

Skills:

  • Advanced analytics: data segmentation (audiences, devices, GEO) to find ROI growth points.
  • Copywriting: writing ads that pass moderation and ensure high CTR.
  • Setting technical tasks: forming clear technical specifications for designers and developers (landings, creatives).
  • Automation: working with Google Ads scripts and rules for scaling campaigns.
  • Media planning and forecasting: calculating traffic volumes and budget to achieve the goal in $50k+ turnover, taking into account CPL and ROI.
  • Account management and risk management: building an architecture (MCC) and "warm-up" strategies to minimize the impact of blocking.
