Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve our clients’ business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies tailored to clients’ business goals, target audience, and market conditions.
• Account Management: Manage multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring campaigns are set up, executed, and optimized effectively.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to maximize campaign performance.
• Ad Creation: Craft compelling ad copy and design engaging display ads that drive clicks and conversions.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for performance improvements, including bid adjustments, A/B testing, and refining targeting parameters.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content creators, and account managers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.
• Certifications: Google Ads certification is required; additional certifications in Google Analytics or related fields are a plus.
• Skills:
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Strong analyticaland problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Languages: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, given our diverse client base.
