Key requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in backend development.
• 1+ years of Golang experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Solid experience in the development of complex systems, from design to implementation.
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of modern software development technologies.
• English level from Upper-Intermediate (for daily communication).

Main tasks:

• Design, development, testing and support of software applications and systems. Ensuring high quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Independence and responsibility, promotion of innovation and improvement.
• Facilitating architecture design, making informed decisions to optimize performance and serviceability.
• Identifying and solving technical problems, active work on finding innovative solutions.
• Participation in code review, maintenance of coding standards, improvement and code quality assurance.
• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation.

About the team and the project:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Software Engineer to help expand the conceptual vision of the company. The synchronization team ("Synk") is responsible for the platform that provides bidirectional data integration between the product, API, and endpoints (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Users can use data from our platform in any other application.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in our software development effortsby contributing to the design, implementation and support of high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive the development of innovative, scalable and reliable systems.
