• 6+ years of experience in backend development.

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Strong experience in developing complex systems, from design to implementation.
  • Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Excellent communication skills and work in a team.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of modern software development technologies.
  • English level from Upper-Intermediate (for daily communication).

  Main tasks:

  • Design, development, testing and support of software applications and systems. Ensuring high quality, efficiency and scalability.

  • Facilitating architecture development, making informed decisions to optimize performance and serviceability.
  • Identifying and solving technical problems, actively working to find innovative solutions.
  • Participating in code review, maintaining coding standards, improving and ensuring code quality.
  • Creating and maintaining a clear technical documentation.

  About the team and the project:

  We are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Software Engineer who will help expand the conceptual vision of the company. The synchronization team ("Synk") is responsible for the platform that provides bidirectional data integration between the product, API, and endpoints (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Users can use data from our platform in any other application.

  As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in our efforts to developsoftware, contributing to the design, implementation and support of high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive the development of innovative, scalable and reliable systems.
