Key requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in backend development.

- 1+ years of experience working with Golang.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

- Strong experience in developing complex systems, from design to implementation.

- Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.

- Knowledge of modern software development technologies.

- English level from Upper-Intermediate (for daily communication ).

About the team and the project:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Software Engineer , which will help expand the conceptual vision of the company. The synchronization team ("Synk") is responsible for the platform that provides bidirectional data integration between the product, API and endpoints (eg Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Users can use data from our platform in any other application.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in our software development efforts, contributing to the design, implementation and support of high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive the development of innovative, scalable and reliable systems.

Essential tasks:

- Independence and responsibility, promoting the development of innovation and improvement.

- Sprydevelopment of architecture, making informed decisions to optimize performance and ease of maintenance.

- Identifying and solving technical problems, active work on finding innovative solutions.

- Participation in code review, support of standards coding, improvement and code quality assurance.

- Creation and maintenance of clear technical documentation.
