Highly focused on our customers and determined to build and deliver a valuable proposition.What you will do:- Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Golang.- Design and implement efficient and maintainable code, ensuring the best practices in software development.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient backend solutions.- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the overall system design.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different components of our platform while ensuring API security, performance, and reliability.- Design and optimize database schemes and work closely with the database administrators to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the backend systems and continuously optimize and improve the efficiency of existing code and systems.What you will bring:- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Backend Developer, with a focus on Go development.- In-depth understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), with hands-on experience in optimizing database performance.- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.- Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices.- Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and with CI/CD GIT flows.
