Senior Golang Engineer in Euristiq

A long-term project for a leading identity and authentication provider that simplifies consumer access to online services and applications. These next-generation services based on blockchain enable consumers to conveniently and privately assert identity information using trusted providers, such as banks, telcos, and governments, helping them connect to critical online services with a digital credential they already have and trust. In other words, it offers a new way to help you verify who you are, so you can access the services you want faster online, in person, and on the phone.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in backend software development
• 2+ years of experience in software development with Golang
• Experience developing and using RESTful services or Web APIs
• Experience with distributed systems and routing/messaging
• Experience with Docker
• Understanding of reliable distributed system principles
• Understanding of Web security principles
• Basic knowledge of cryptography
• Creative and detail-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to be a subject matter expert, learn new things, and work in a team
• English skills Upper-intermediate or better
• Education: Degree in Computer Science or similar

Would be a plus:

• Experience with open-source development
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile development
• Experience with the Flutter framework

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with a client accurately and clearly; gathering requirements, setting and following priorities
• Developing high-quality, testable, and high-performance software
• Troubleshooting technical issues in real-time
