About the project and team:

SoftConstruct Technology Holding serves on five continents and supports 500+ partners operating in the European, American, and Asian markets. Each partner must collaborate with internal teams, HQ, accounting team, and sales offices to grow and sustain and ensure each partner’s quality integration and collaboration.
SoftConstruct launches a new product — Messenger, with the goal to connect thousands of people in a single network.

We are seeking a talented Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on developing and creating new modules from scratch in our social engine product.
Within this role, you will be actively involved in the development of social features and an advanced loyalty system to expand the capabilities and functionality of our platform. This system will encompass messaging, tier systems, and achievements that will be based on real-time streaming data. Job mission:

Technical Stack:
Golang, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, Google Cloud.

Must-haves:

• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms;
• Understanding of database technologies: SQL/NoSQL;
• Good understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.);
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Good understanding of distributed systems (microservices, reliability, scalability, data consistency, etc.);
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques;
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Nice to haves:

• Understanding how to build high-loaded systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Be proactive and responsible. Challenge technical decisions in order to achieve the best results;
• Collaborate with engineers from the othertechnical stacks to adopt the best approaches from the different technologies and paradigms;
• Offer technical improvements, provide feedback;
• Be able to solve complex engineering problems independently;
• Review the code of the teammates.
