Requirements:
Technical skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Golang.
• Knowledge of multi-threaded programming and parallel processing in Golang.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures and performance optimization.
• Experience in developing system architecture from scratch.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DO or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Experience with linear algebra and matrices preferred.

Analytical and problem-oriented skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex algorithms and simulations.
• Proven ability to effectively solve technical problems.

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Other requirements:

• English at the Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development and maintenance of scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Backend architecture optimization to ensure high performance and speed.
• Using advanced multi-threaded programming techniques to optimize performance and handle parallel processes.
• Ensuring flow security and effective resource management in highly competitive environments.
• Identify and troubleshoot multithreading and concurrency issues.
• Writing clean, maintainable and efficient code according to best practices and coding standards.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements and deliverables.
• Participation in regular team meetingschah, providing updates on project progress and resolving any challenges.
• Mentoring and mentoring junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
