Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field.
- 5+ years experience in backend development with a strong focus on Golang.
- Proficiency in multi-threaded programming and parallel processing in Golang.
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
- li>Experience in developing system architecture from scratch.
- Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DO or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage .
- Experience with linear algebra and matrices preferred.
Analytical and problem-oriented skills:
- < li>Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex algorithms and simulations.
- Proven ability to effectively solve technical problems.
Soft skills:< /strong>
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Other requirements:
- English at the Upper Intermediate level (both oral and written ).
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems.
- Optimize backend architecture to ensure high performance and speed codes.
- Using advanced multithreading programming techniques to optimize performance and handle parallel processes.
- Ensuring thread safety and efficient resource management in highly competitive environments.
- Detection and troubleshooting multithreading and concurrency issues.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback feedback to team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and clarify project requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in regular team meetingschah, providing updates on project progress and resolving any challenges.
- Mentoring and mentoring junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
