Requirements:
Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong emphasis on Golang.
• Proficiency multi-threaded programming and processing of parallel processes in Golang.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures and performance optimization.
• Experience in developing system architecture from scratch.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DO or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Experience with linear algebra and matrices preferred.< /li>

Analytical and problem-oriented skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex algorithms and simulations.
• Proven ability to effectively solve technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development and support of scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Optimizing the backend architecture to ensure high performance and speed.
• Using advanced multi-threaded programming techniques to optimize performance and handle parallel processes.
• Ensuring thread safety and effective resource management in highly competitive environments.
• Identify and troubleshoot multithreading and concurrency issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and clarify project requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on project progress and resolution of any challengesKyiv.
• Mentoring and management of junior developers, helping to create a collaborative and productive work environment.
