Our client is a leading retail services enterprise with over 50 years of global reach. The solutions the client provides aim to improve the comprehensive management of most of the business, as well as facilitate, optimize, and assist in the daily work of several thousand employees in several dozen countries.
 

We are helping our client to build a secure PaaS cloud solution within the European Union. This solution focuses on security, privacy, and compliance with EU regulations. It includes database services, virtualization, security controls, data and AI services, and the ability for quick adoption from existing cloud providers.
 

IF YOU ARE
• A Go Engineer with 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experienced in microservices development
• Professional in Kubernetes and writing k8s operators
• Proficient in PostgreSQL (pgx)
• Confident in writing, testing, integration, and debugging
• Understanding security concepts and enforcing them throughout development
• Skilled with gRPC, Pub/Sub (NATS)
• Clearly expressing your ideas in English on daily stand-up meetings
• Aware of their inner workings: Docker and Kubernetes, cloud databases (would be a plus)
 

AND YOU WANT TO
• Collaborate with cross-functional European teams to define, design, develop, and deliver new features as well as optimize existing code
• Explore, evaluate, and incorporate new technologies into our products and processes to improve development efficiency
• Deliver quality software solutions using an Agile development cycle

• Improve automation testing skills due to project assignment
