As a visionary Senior Generative AI Engineer, join our dedicated R&D team to pioneer AI technologies within the Sales Automation domain. Your role will be crucial in evolving minimum viable products (MVPs) into full-fledged production solutions, providing guidance to budding engineers, and shaping the future of sales intelligence software with your technical insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong passion for artificial intelligence with a dedication to crafting innovative solutions centered around LLMs for practical applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Practical experience with Langchain, and the deployment and monitoring of  LLM-based solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience in vector and graph databases (Weaviate, Pinecope, Neo4j, etc.).
• Proficient in software development with a strong grasp of AI-driven application design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and familiarity with their AI and ML capabilities.
• Passion for problem-solving within the realm of Generative AI, capable of driving innovation and product advancement.
• Experience with RAG, ReAct and other approaches to build LLM-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI-driven applications for Sales Automation, transitioning MVPs to scalable production solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and collaborative innovation.
• Make impactful technical decisions and contribute to the strategic direction of our AI solutions.
