Senior General Software Test Engineer in CodeIT

We are inviting a Senior General Software Test Engineer to join our team.
 

The project has two directions:
 

1. A healthcare platform focuses on simplifying and streamlining American health insurance complexities, particularly the prior authorization process. This process involves obtaining insurance company approval for certain medical treatments and operations to ensure coverage, which can often be cumbersome.
2. A software that streamlines the approval process for life-saving specialty drugs, allowing doctors to submit requests, check statuses, and manage medications and insurance in one place. By eliminating manual paperwork, it helps doctors and clinics improve patient care and reduce costs.

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• Good knowledge in manual testing techniques and testing types
• Proficiency in test design techniques
• Good knowledge of creating Test documentation on project and its maintenance
• Experience in setting QA Process in team, being a single QA
• Understanding of test automation principles, test levels
• Experience in JS/TS Test Automation
• Experience with Cypress
• Experience in planning test coverage on different levels
• Good knowledge of API testing
• Familiar with Postman
• English — Upper-Intermediate level and higher

Would be a plus

• Healthcare projects and HIPAA compliance experience
   

Responsibilities

• Start as a sole QA/GQA to serve the needs of 3 small teams
• Build and implement quality processes and vision in the team
• Defining and monitoring QA metrics (related to Regression, Bugs, Automation KPIs)
• Design and maintain test cases
• Cooperate with developers on test coverage and testability
• Support establishing automated testing on all levels
• Build E2E automation framework
• Write, update, and maintain autotests
• Create and maintain test documentation
