RESPONSIBILITIES
—Collaborate with a talented and motivated team to produce high-quality game design documentation
—Interact with other department heads, including product managers, engineers and artists, to create a cohesive and high-quality end product
- Demonstrate your exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ability to effectively share ideas with the team and stakeholders
- Demonstrate your ability to work both independently and in a team, adhering to of the highest quality standards
- Be aware of the latest industry trends and latest technologies in the dynamic world of game design

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience as a slot game designer games
— Deep understanding of slot game mechanics (reel placement, paylines, symbols, bonuses, free spins, genres)
— Understanding of RTP, game math, RNG and balancing
— Knowledge of industry norms and compliance standards
—Understanding the psychology of players and their behavior during the game
—Analytical thinking and data orientation, using player feedback, analytics and market research
—Good command of English, approximately B2 level or equivalent
