• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a gaming studio
• Independence and skillful organization of one's own work
• Knowledge of monetization systems on mobile platforms
• Knowledge of optimization techniques retention
• Ability to conduct and interpret the results of A/B tests
• Ability to create clear and legible tables and graphs
• Very good knowledge of English
