Senior Game Designer Generalist in Smart Project

Smart Project is a Ukrainian product company that creates full development cycle games. We have 15 years of experience in creating and promoting products in the Casual genre. We are looking for a Senior Game Designer Generalist to develop a new project. In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose your ideas and implement them, influence processes within the team to improve work. Tasks:

• Development of a casual project from scratch
• Creation of complex project documentation
• Development of game systems, mechanics and core cycles oriented to the target audience of the product
• Working with balance and economy
• Work with analytics to determine project development vectors and monetization points.

We expect you to:

• Have work experience Game Designer at least 3 years;
• Have a deep understanding of game mechanics: knowledge of how different game elements interact with each other and how this affects the gameplay.
• Understand the target audience and game market: analyze the interests of players, study competitors and market trends.
• Experience in calculating the economy, adjusting the balance sheet
• Experience with game analytics and decision-making based on data.
• Have experience in working with features from idea to full implementation
• Able to collaborate effectively with other team members
• Able to quickly adapt to changes in the project or market conditions.
