Markets & Securities Services IT (MSS IT)

MSS Technology Poland team support investment banking division. We build high-throughput systems, from low latency trading applications to large Microservices platforms; as well as perform architecture and cloud migrations.

End users: Institutional Clients, Traders, Sales Teams, Relationship Managers, Middle Office

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• A minimum of 8 years' IT software development experiences and strong technical knowledge.
• Solid experience in Java 11+ and proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Experience in machine learning, NLP, AI is an advantage.
• Experience of building FX or Rates pricing systems is an advantage.
• Experience of KDB or Cloud solution is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills in written/oral English.
• Ability to work with local and global teams.
• A flexible approach to delivery responsibility.
