About
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the support team. About the project: A SaaS platform is in the healthcare domain which gives the opportunity to manage appointments, communication between doctors and patients, billing, insurance, etc.

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineer
• Strong knowledge of C# and Angular
• Experience with RESTful API and Microservices
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Experience with Azure
• Experience in documenting requirements and specifications
• People-oriented and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English
• Possibility to work in the second part of the day (approximately from 12-1 pm till 8-9 pm)

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and other teams to understand the root causes of issues and implement effective solutions
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources
• Document and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in application support
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
• Assist in the testing of new features and updates to ensure they meet quality standards
• Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to provide status updates and gather feedback
