Senior Fullstack developer in Bazhane BTQ

We are a Ukrainian clothing brand of the premium segment — Bazhane, which has been on the market since 2019!

We have our own production, cozy boutiques in the center of Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa, as well as a powerful online sales department. We also have a large base of satisfied customers, both in Ukraine and abroad. Vogue and Elle write about us! We held pop-ups in Paris and Milan where we presented our brand. Next in our plans is scaling and entering European markets!

Therefore, now in our ambitious team, we invite a strong and expert Senior Fullstack developer to develop and support our own eCommerce site!

Priority stacks selected React.js and Node.js, as the most common and efficient technologies for our tasks. We are also considering the possibility of using Headless CMS Strapi and eCommerce platforms Medusa or Vendure. Your participation and help in determining optimal solutions is important.? The existing site works on Wordpress+Woocommerce, which also needs to be maintained and minimally improved during the development of a new one.

Your tasks will be:?

• Work organization, determining priorities and reporting on development progress and results in a team with a business analyst and tester.
• Development and support of frontend and backend parts of the eCommerce site.
• Integration with headless CMS (e.g. Strapi) and eCommerce platform (e.g. Medusa or Vendure).
• Ensuring high code quality , conducting code reviews.
• Working with databases (relational and NoSQL).
• Ensuring the security and performance of the site.
• Interaction with the designer to implement the design with Figma.
• Collaboration with the business - an analyst for the implementation of requirements and functions.
• Support of the current site on Wordpress + Woocommerce and minimal improvements.

We will be infinitely happy if you have:?

• Experience with React.js and Node.js (or alternatively Django).
• Good understanding of modern approaches to web application architecture.
• Experience with headless CMS and eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding principles of DevOps and CI/CD.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to solve tasks independently and in a team.
• Experience with version control systems (eg Git).
