About the Project:

We are seeking a talented Senior Full-stack Developer to join our team and work on an advanced administration platform for vehicle antennas. This platform manages projects, OEMs, target countries, necessary licenses, and more. The application was initially developed by another team, and we are now looking for a key engineer to take over the code base, manage it, and drive its long-term development.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will play a critical role in the continuation and enhancement of this essential application. You will be responsible for taking control of the existing code base, ensuring its integrity, and leading its future development. Additional team members will be added as needed, based on business demands and release plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take over and manage the existing code base of the administration platform.
• Develop and enhance the platform with new features and functionalities.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of the application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to potential future team members.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Full-stack Developer.
• Proficiency in Vaadin framework and PostgreSQL database.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
