Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (SK-1252) in Pwrteams

Pwrteams is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for long term and full-time employment!

We are a multi-disciplinary team of experts across Architecture, Engineering, DevOps and Agile Delivery providing services across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a state of the art web applications
• Follow and improve code quality standards
• Perform technical assessment of mockups/wireframes and architectural designs/specifications to ensure the possibility of their implementation within a reasonable time
• Create and review software feature design documents and provide the solution
• Contribute ideas through your knowledge of evolving front-end technologies
• Be proactive in communication with team members and clients
• Use industry best practices of development processes & tools, adopt, and improve them
• Mentorship of junior colleagues
• Problem solving, Solution Presentation, Meeting and Visual Facilitation

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back End development (Java + some NodeJS).
• Experience with recent JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.
• Ability to optimize frontend performance.
• Implementation experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL) on client and server sides.
• Proficiency in experience with cloud platform service
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases in a cloud-native environment.
• CI/CD proficiency (preferably GitLab CI), infrastructure as code, and AWS services.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of the social and ethical aspects of software engineering.
