The client is a language technology and data solutions community that partners with the world’s leading companies in their goal to expand their products and services around the globe.

Language is more complex than just translations. It is understanding, inclusion, opportunities, and fast-changing, and we are passionate about that.

To satisfy our client needs, we developed software dedicated to AI-data production including many different features: recruiting, testing applicants, data annotation, transcription, audio segmentation, etc. The size of the team has grown from two developers to fifteen in the space of 2 years. To support that growth we are looking for a Senior level developer to join our development team.

Responsibilities:

— Develop code, create unit / functional tests

— Actively participate in technical discussions with business analyst, Lead developer, head of engineering and other stakeholders

— Report technical issues

— Perform code reviews

— Apply and advocate for the use of healthy coding practices, Agile methodologies, and communication strategies

— Support production out of business hours period

— Strive for continuous improvement, staying abreast of new technologies, open-source libraries, and industry trends

Requirements:

— 6+ years of experience in commercial software development

— Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Typescript

— Strong knowledge of Node.js and React.js

— Experience with NestJS is a plus

— Experience with REST API

— Understanding of SQL Database is mandatory

— Understanding NoSQL databases is a plus (MongoDB, etc.)

— Strong knowledge of AWS like S3, EC2, etc

— Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

— At least Intermediate English (verbal and written)
