They are dedicated torevolutionizing the way translation and localization processes are carried out, leveraging advanced technology toempower linguists and translators worldwide. Weare looking for ahighly skilled Senior Full-Stack Technical Lead tojoin their dynamic team. This role presents anexciting opportunity totake ownership during atransitional period for the codebase and play akey role indriving the company’s technological advancement forward. Responsibilities: Lead the technical development ofour software platform, ensuring its stability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams todefine technical requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives. Integrate third-party tools and platforms, such as June.so and RWS Trados, toenhance functionality and interoperability. Localize the platform into multiple languages, with custom configurations tailored toeach client tenant. Implement Playwright tests toautomate testing processes and ensure the reliability ofour system. Continuously maintain and improve code quality, following best practices and industry standards. Provide mentorship and guidance tojunior team members, fostering aculture oflearning and growth. Requirements: 8+years ofexperience inJavaScript/Web Languages. Proficiency inthe MERN stack, with primary expertise inNode.js and React. Experience with non-relational databases such asDynamoDB orMongoDB. Demonstrated ability toexecute based onwireframes and design specifications. Strong attention todetail and atrack record ofdelivering high-quality software solutions. Excellent command ofthe English language, both written and verbal. Bonus Requirements: Experience with AItechnologies, LLMs, vector databases, and RAG. Previous experience within the translation and localization industry.
