The Role

As a key member of our development team, you’ll work closely with our CTO to enhance both the frontend and backend components of our Gamified Event Platform. Your contribution will be crucial in shaping a user-friendly, efficient, and intuitive interface, ensuring our technology not only meets but exceeds user expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the frontend with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, integrating 3D/AR frameworks like Model Viewer and Three.js/WebXR.
• Develop the backend in Golang using a microservices architecture in a Kubernetes cluster
• Uphold application performance and responsiveness through best practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Partner with product and design teams to refine the user interface and experience to implement our home-made design system built in Figma using cutting-edge technologies like Radix UI
• Champion our core values, driving forward our mission to revolutionize physical marketing and customer engagement.
  

Ideal Candidate

• Full-Stack Expertise: At least 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Golang).
• Cloud and CI/CD: Familiarity with a cloud provider (AWS is a plus) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices (Gitlab CI is a plus).
• Database Management: Experience with document-based databases (MongoDB is a plus)
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Frontend Technologies: Experience with React (Next.js), Redux, Radix UI, Yarn, and TypeScript.
• Backend Technologies: Proficiency in Golang and experience integrating with APIs and services.
