At this stage, we want to strengthen our Senior Full-Stack team with a developer with experience in managing (mentoring) teams from 3 to 8-10 people. Be responsible for work at all levels: ask questions, find answers, adhere to established deadlines and initiate the resolution of issues in a timely manner. Take full mentorship over junior team members: share knowledge, provide timely feedback, conduct regular performance reviews and support the achievement of set goals. Requirements: English — C1 Advanced. Development experience of at least 5 years. Experience in managing (mentoring) small teams (from 3 to 10 people) from 3 hours. Confident command of Node.js, TypeScript or Django. Experience with React or Vue for frontend development. Knowledge of relational databases, including Postgres.
