Our Partner is a leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation. We need 2 profiles of people, a stronger backend person (2y+ on frontend, 5y+ on backend) and more frontend person (4y+ on frontend, 2y+ on backend).

Must have technologies: TypeScript, React, Java or Kotlin, HTML, CSS

• Strong software engineering principles (SOLID, DRY, ER modeling)
• Professional experience with a server-side language, ideally JVM-based
• Professional experience building web-based single-page applications, using React/Typescript or an equivalent
• Knowledge of front-end development, ability to build rich user interfaces following a responsive design
• HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
• Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, familiar with standard logging and monitoring tools used to investigate issues
• Experience with CI and CD
• Previous experience in software development in the financial markets, Fintech, or Insurtech is preferable
• Good working knowledge of software development within Agile environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and planning
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and able to use own initiative
• Ready to lead engineering team discussions and meetings
• Fluent English
