How you’ll be impactful:As a Full Stack PHP Developer, you will be instrumental in driving the evolution of our systems and enhancing our codebase to deliver high-performance, resilient, and scalable solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our team and organization

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take full ownership of the systems you work on, ensuring their health, resilience, and performance. Monitor system metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to maintain system stability.
  
  
• Participate actively in all stages of the Agile development process. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other team members to scope, design, implement, test, and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements.
  
  
• Contribute to technical design discussions, providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise in PHP development. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, considering factors such as scalability, security, and maintainability.
  
  
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies. Conduct thorough testing of your code, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, to ensure its reliability and correctness.
  
  
• Apply effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and implement timely resolutions. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as code refactoring, performance optimization, and dependency updates, to keep the codebase healthy and up to date.
  
  
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in PHP development and related technologies. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through self-study, training programs, and knowledge sharing with colleagues. Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to software development within the team

What You’ll Need To Be Successful in:

• Proven +5 years work experience in PHP development, with a focus on both backend and frontend technologies.
  
  
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with optional experience in frameworks like React.js.
  
  
• Experience with Phalcon framework
  
  
• Experience in integrating with third-party APIs and services, ensuring seamless interaction between different systems.
  
  
• Solid grasp of object-oriented analysis and design principles, with the ability to design and implement complex software solutions.
  
  
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Heroku, including deployment and management of applications.
  
  
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player mentality
• Fluent English level is required
