Who We Are Looking For: Senior Frontend Engineer

We seek a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team who is willing to own, develop, and design the frontend aspects of the PeopleForce HR SaaS platform. This role is for someone with a strong frontend background working with Vue.js and Tailwind.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS/SCSS
• Strong experience, in particular working with VueJS and Tailwind
• Git
• Experience working with Web Components
• Testing frameworks
• Accessibility compliance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Frontend development
• Close collaboration with Development Teams
• Integrate development with build pipelines and CI/CD
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
• Optimization of existing code and identify technical debt items to be worked on
  
  Nice to have
• Familiarity with HR processes and practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with Ruby On Rails development is a plus.

Working conditions

• The role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours.
• Remote work only
• This position may involve direct client interaction through various - email, and chat channels.
• English level — Upper Intermediate+
