What You'll Do As a Senior Front-end Engineer You will be developing systems that power a rich set of applications used by a large and passionate group of users every day. Care about agility as much as you care about scalability. We roll out products very quickly and are looking for a team that can pivot at a moment's notice. Take an active part in all development stages - building the architectural design of new features, break down and implementation. Develop performance-oriented code, covered with unit and automated integration tests. Follow and work in accordance with software development standards and methodologies. What You 'll BringAt least 3 years of development experience in object-oriented programming using JavaScript. Knowledge and operations with Data Structures. Understanding of code time complexity and “Software engineering basics”. Development experience with React. Knowledge of modern JavaScript (up to ES14) and Async programming patterns. Familiarity with TypeScript and front-end tooling such as Webpack. Good understandingof modern CSS layouts and related CSS-in-JS technologies (such as styled-components).Experience writing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of unit and integration tests.Ability to grow other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.Experience and a strong understanding of Scrum.Fluency in EnglishJoin Our TeamWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
