PROJECT
Development of a platform for automating work processes for an international organization with a representative office in Ukraine. The purpose of the platform is to provide all the necessary tools for the effective execution of business flow, which includes extensive interaction with the map, events, notifications, calls, and chats, as well as integration with various third-party services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
— Participate in the recruitment process, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members
— Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code
— Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
— Drive the technical design and architecture of complex web applications
— Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks
— Implement best practices for front-end development, including performance optimization and security
— Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end components
— Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights
— Present technical solutions and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
— Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends

REQUIREMENTS
— Extensive experience with JavaScript (5+ years)
— Experience with TypeScript (3+ years)
— Excellent HTML, and CSS skills
— High proficiency in ReactJS and Material UI
— Expertise in Unit testing
— Commercial experience working with SQL
— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

WOULD BE A PLUS
— Experience with Node.js/Next.js/Express.js
— Experience with Object-relational mapping
— Experience with Maps (Leaflet as an example)

REQUIREMENTS
— Considerable experience working with JavaScript (5+ years)
—TypeScript experience (3+ years)
—Excellent HTML and CSS skills
—High proficiency in ReactJS and Material UI
—Unit testing experience
—Commercial experience with SQL
—Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate
